Consent to Personal Data Processing

By actively selecting the personal-data consent checkbox and submitting a form, I freely and knowingly consent to the legal entity identified below processing the data I provide: name, work email, telephone number, company, industry, website, IP address, language and the content of my request.

• Prepare and arrange an Alovo demonstration or respond to my request.
• Create and administer an account where I request registration.
• Prevent abuse, protect the form and keep evidence of this consent.

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restricted transfer to service providers, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means. Email, hosting, security and CRM providers may process the data only to deliver the requested service.

This consent remains valid until its purposes are fulfilled, for no longer than 12 months for an unanswered demo request, or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw consent by emailing the support address below. Data may continue to be processed where another lawful basis requires it, including performance of a contract or a legal retention duty.

This consent does not authorise promotional newsletters or advertising messages. Those require a separate, optional consent.
