Alovo currently uses essential browser storage for authentication, security and language preference. These items are necessary to provide the requested site or account functionality and are not used to build advertising profiles.

• Language preference: remembers whether the visitor chose English or Russian for up to one year.
• Session cookie: keeps an authenticated user signed in and expires according to the account security policy or when revoked.
• Security and rate-limit signals: help prevent automated abuse and may be stored in server logs rather than the browser.
• Yandex.Metrica cookies: tell a returning visit from a new one and tie it to a session recording; stored for up to one year.

The site and the signed-in account use Yandex.Metrica: it counts visits, plots a click map and records on-page activity (session replay), which is how we see the step where a visitor gets stuck. Metrica sets its own cookies, and visit data is processed by Yandex LLC on our instructions.

No advertising cookies are set and no advertising profiles are built. Analytics can be turned off by blocking cookies or using a blocker extension in the browser — the site and the account keep working.

A visitor can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, language memory or security controls from working.
